Key Responsibilities:
Transform guest bedrooms and bathrooms into immaculate havens
Thoroughly vacuum bedrooms and corridors
Refresh bed linen, towels, and amenities in accordance with our guidelines
Adhere to lost property procedures
Handle guest requests promptly and efficiently
Follow Health & Safety protocols
Engage in daily training activities to expand your skillset
The Ideal Candidate:
Prior hotel cleaning or housekeeping experience (preferred)
Warm, friendly personality with a proactive, can-do attitude
Commitment to delivering outstanding service
