Health & Safety Manager (Full-Time or Part-Time)
Tiptree, with travel to Sudbury and Buckhatch
30 hours per week (flexible)
Full Time or Part Time
£36,000 – £42,000 pro rata (£45,000 – £52,500 FTE)

As their new Health & Safety Manager, you'll play a key leadership role in shaping the future of safety, wellbeing and operational excellence across the business.

What you'll be doing
- Leading the Health & Safety strategy across the business
- Developing systems, processes and best practice
- Managing compliance, audits and incident investigations
- Supporting and empowering managers to take ownership of Health & Safety
- Promoting continuous improvement across retail, hospitality and nursery operations
What we're looking for
- NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent)
- IOSH or IIRSM membership
- Proven multi-site Health & Safety experience
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Confidence using digital Health & Safety systems
