Role Requirements:
- CPC National qualification essential
- International CPC desirable
- Strong knowledge of DVSA rules and Transport Management Systems (TMS)
- Proven experience managing driver compliance, incident reporting, and vehicle maintenance
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as FOR’s Responsible Person and ensure adherence to driving hours regulations
- Manage compliance with DVSA rules and maintain vehicle records
- Lead accident investigations and incident reporting
- Conduct probation reviews and support driver performance
- Oversee security of vehicles and manage permits to work where necessary
- Perform weekly Health & Safety yard walks
